We require that you provide your media credentials on-site, even if you have been qualified as media for a past show.

If you have credentials, you may register in advance so that your media badge will be waiting when you arrive. If you do not have official media credentials, you must provide us with the following prior to attending the Ultimate Boat and Outdoor Show 2011

Broadcast Media:

1. A copy of your driver's license.
2. A copy of your business card with name, title, and media outlet's logo.
3. A letter on letterhead indicating that you are covering the Dallas Boat Show for that broadcast outlet.

Print Media:

1. A copy of your driver's license.
2. A copy of your business card with name, title, and media outlet's logo.
3. At least two copies of your recent bylined articles pertaining to the boating, outdoors, or travel industry.

Online Media:

1. A copy of your driver's license.
2. A copy of your business card with name, title, and media outlet's logo.
3. A live link to your online publication's home page and the masthead page with applicant's name and title appearing in an editorial capacity.
4. If applicant is a blogger, please provide a live link to the blog, which must include boating, outdoors, or travel industry-related news posted regularly, daily or weekly.

Freelance Writers or Photographers:

1. A copy of your driver's license.
2. A letter on letterhead from a publisher, editor-in-chief, or managing editor indicating that you are covering The Dallas Boat Show for their publication.
3. A recent bylined industry-related article written by you, or if you are a photographer, a recent photo attributed to you in an industry-related publication.
